Sundried Tomatoes
Sundried tomatoes, great as a quick snack; chopped into salads; an addition to dips such as guacamole, hummus, or pesto; added to soups; as a topping for pizzas; and much more!
These dried sundried tomatoes can be rehydrated if preferred.
Options for this include immersing in olive oil over night,
or covering with boiling water for approximately 30 minutes until softened.
