Vegan Mac and Cheese Recipe Box
A firm family favourite but with a delicious plant twist. Introducing our Vegan Mac and Cheeze minus the cheese! Well kind of. This recipe cleverly uses a few different plant sources to replicate the usual mild cheese sauce used, and the result in our humble opinion is quite delicious and super healthy: Cheeze Sauce. Also a perfect addition to any type of BBQ this summer, as mac and cheeze can be a winner for all eaters.
4-6 servings
Additional fresh ingredients needed:
1/2 a lemon
1 clove of garlic
Available with wholewheat or white gomitini, or as a gluten free option using a corn and rice based fusilli pasta.
Wholewheat or White Gomitini Pasta option:
Ingredients: Organic Wholewheat/Organic White Gomitini (Gluten), Cashews (Nuts), Nutritional Yeast, Gram (Chickpea) Flour, Mustard Powder (Mustard), Turmeric, Fine Sea Salt.
