Earl Grey Loose Leaf Tea by Polite Society Tea, which is a light and citrussy tea that can be taken at any time of day, although we like it best in the afternoon with a slice of lemon (and probably a piece of cake knocking around as well).
Brew with freshly boiled water and infuse for 3-4 minutes. Can be taken with or without milk, or with a slice of lemon.
